Recall Procedure
At Silvanti Dairy Farm, food safety is not merely a regulatory obligation—it is the foundation of our business and our commitment to every customer who trusts our brand. We are dedicated to producing and delivering safe, fresh, nutritious, and premium-quality dairy products through stringent quality control, hygienic manufacturing practices, and continuous monitoring at every stage of our operations.
Our manufacturing facilities operate in accordance with the requirements of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) principles to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consumer safety.
Every product manufactured by Silvanti Dairy Farm undergoes multiple quality inspections, laboratory evaluations, and batch traceability checks before reaching the market. Despite these robust preventive measures, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive Product Recall Procedure to ensure swift, transparent, and effective action whenever necessary.
Silvanti Dairy Farm is committed to protecting consumers by taking immediate corrective action whenever a product is suspected of:
Whenever such a situation is identified, we will act without delay to remove the affected products from the market while maintaining complete transparency with regulatory authorities, business partners, and consumers.
This Product Recall Policy applies to every product manufactured, packed, distributed, or marketed by Silvanti Dairy Farm, including but not limited to:
At Silvanti Dairy Farm, customer safety is our highest priority. If we identify any issue affecting the quality, safety, or compliance of any of our products, we immediately initiate our Product Recall Procedure. Using our batch traceability system, we identify all affected products and promptly contact our distributors, retailers, and customers wherever possible.
We make every reasonable effort to communicate directly with customers who may have purchased the affected batch through available contact information, distribution records, or public recall notices. Customers are advised to stop using the affected product immediately and return it to the place of purchase or contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
All products belonging to the affected batch are recalled from the market, distributors, retailers, warehouses, and customers to ensure that no potentially unsafe product remains in circulation. Depending on the nature of the issue, customers will be provided with an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with our recall policy.
Our objective is to act quickly, transparently, and responsibly to protect consumer health while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and customer confidence.
To ensure complete product integrity, every production batch is supported by a comprehensive traceability system that enables us to identify and track products throughout the entire supply chain—from procurement of raw milk to delivery to the end customer.
This enables rapid identification and withdrawal of any affected products, minimizing risk to consumers.
